Sagala orders probe into attempted arrest of Rayan Jayalath

Minister Sagala Ratnayake says that he has instructed the IGP to investigate the procedures followed by police when attempting to arrest the Convener of the Medical Faculty Students Action Committee, Rayan Jayalath.
