Manager of Horana rubber factory remanded till April 25th

The Manager of the rubber factory in Horana where five people were killed, has been remanded till April 25th. Five people were killed and several others sustained injuries following an explosion at the rubber factory in Horana. The Manager of the rubber factory was arrested following the accident.
