2 die in Richland County crashes

Two men were killed in separate single-car crashes in Richland County before dawn this morning.
Neither man was wearing a seat belt, and both died at the scene, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.
No other people were in the vehicles.
In the first accident, a 23-year-old man was driving a 1992 Toyota truck south on Summit Parkway, in The Summit subdivision in Northeast Richland, when his vehicle ran off the right side of the road and overturned shortly after 1 a.m., according to reports.
