Former Army Commander and DNA Leader Sarath Fonseka has said that he will not bow down or ask for a pardon from gangsters (dhamarikayo) even if he dies in prison.
Fonseka had made this statement when he arrived at the Colombo High Court yesterday (11) to attend the trial-at-bar of the controversial “white flag” case.
The case was taken up before a three member bench comprising Judges Deepali Wijesundera, W.M.P.B. Warawewa and M.Z. Razeen.
