Officers from five Lexington County police agencies dismantled a drug lab Tuesday, arresting four residents charged with manufacturing methamphetamines.
The lab, on Lexingtons Kenneth Drive, was dismantled by officers with a multi-agency narcotics team.
Arrested were Sarah Ann Buckner, 32, and Brodie Kale Sexton, 33, both of Kenneth Drive; Clinton Kent French, 25, of Rich Lucas Road, Gaston; and Jonathan Lee Shealy, 30, of Wattling Road, West Columbia.
The four were being held Wednesday at the Lexington County Detention Center, awaiting bond hearings.
Tuesday morning, two officers with the Lexington County Sheriffs Department went to the Kenneth Drive house as part of a burglary investigation, according to a news release from the Lexington County Sheriffs Department. Officers saw materials, including a burn pile in the back yard, that led them to believe a meth lab was being operated on the site.
