Authorities in South Carolina have arrested a man who set fire to a doghouse after trapping a dog inside.
Greenville police say 52-year-old Issac Anderson was charged Thursday with ill treatment of animals and third-degree arson.
Investigators say someone put a cinder block around the dog's neck on Nov. 9 so it couldn't escape after the doghouse was set on fire.
The dog named "Pookie" survived the attack, but is still being treated at a veterinarian's office for burns and other injuries.
Police say they don't know why Anderson set the fire, and they are seeking a second suspect.
