The GCE O’level Examination will start tomorrow.
Commenting on the exam, Commissioner General of Examinations Anura Edirisinghe said that all arrangements are in place to hold the GCE O’ level examination tomorrow. The question papers and other requirements have been dispatched to 532 Co-ordination Centres, to be distributed amongst 3804 examination centres. He said that nearly 510 thousand candidates will sit the exam. The candidates can use their National Identity Card or the postal identity card to establish their identities. They are allowed to take only their admission card, ID, a blue or a black pen, pencil and an eraser into the examination hall. The examination starts at 8.30 a.m. while the afternoon examinations will begin at 12.30 pm.
