A very rare achievement of 101 runs and a match bag of 10 for 124 by Sanka Ramesh of Moratu Vidyalaya could not prevent more fancied St. Sebastians College gaining 32 runs first innings win over them in their inter-school under 19 cricket tournament match concluded at Vidyalaya grounds. This is the second instance in the history of Moratu Vidyalaya cricket that a player achieved this remarkable feat. Sanka Ramesh completed a magnificent century with 17 hits to the ropes and facing 158 balls and occupying the crease for 246 minutes and associated a stubborn seventh wicket partnership of 94 runs with Janitha Nimesh who made 38 runs.
