Police in North Carolina man have found a man hiding in a closet who is wanted in the shooting death of a man in South Carolina last month.
Police in Gastonia found say they found 30-year-old Prince Deven Snipes of Gaffney, S.C., hiding in a closet after they got a tip he was in the area Thursday.
Snipes is charged with murder in the Dec. 16 shooting death of 30-year-old Debris Houey near Gaffney.
Gastonia Police Sgt. Jeff Clark says Snipes was in a home with a woman and a child. Clark says the woman does not face any charges.
Snipes was being held in the Gaston County jail. It was not clear if he has an attorney. There was no immediate word on when he might be returned to South Carolina.
