Corrections officer arrested for stolen guns

Kershaw County Sheriffs deputies have arrested a 47-year-old South Carolina Department of Corrections lieutenant charged him with possession of stolen property over $10,000.
In addition to five confirmed stolen guns seized at the home of suspect Robert George Miller, Elgin, deputies discovered a stash of other property believed to have been stolen, including a 4-wheeler, a generator, a riding lawn mower and 29 other weapons, Sheriff Jim Matthews said.
Miller works at the Kershaw Correctional Institution in Lancaster County. The federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms and Department of Corrections officials assisted in the arrest.
