Funeral arrangements have been set for Steve Kim, the restaurateur who was shot to death in a wild crime spree Tuesday night.
A public memorial service is planned at 7 p.m. Sunday. Greenlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 845 Leesburg Road, is in charge of arrangements.
A funeral service will be held Monday at Greenlawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at 2 p.m.
Kim, 66, who served in the U.S. Army, was a naturalized American who wanted to be buried in a military cemetery.
He also was a leader in the 4,000-strong local Korean-American community, a promoter of revitalization along Decker Boulevard, and a respected figure in his church, friends said.
