Concealed weapon bill delayed

The S.C. House's Judiciary Committee has delayed for a week a vote on a bill to expand the rights of South Carolinians who legally own guns to
allow them to carry firearms into churches, day-care centers and
restaurants that serve alcohol.
Those places could prohibit guns on their premises by posting a sign.
The measure also would allow gun owners to carry their concealed
firearms without a permit. The vote was delayed because of time
