The Health Minister attributes the shortage of paracetamol
to the rejection of the low quality standard stocks imported recently. He said the Drugs Manufacturing Corporation is willing to produce Sri Lanka’s requirements locally.
The Minister pointed out that that the problems in the quality of drugs imported and the non-arrival of stocks in time were the critical problems they had to face.
