A suspect in a deadly Columbia shooting Wednesday has turned himself in and a second suspect has been identified, police said
Tyrone D. Pope, 41, wanted on a murder warrant, turned himself in to Kershaw County Sheriff's deputies at the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday afternoon and is now in the custody of the Columbia Police Department and being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
Police now also are looking for Larry A. "AJ" Bowman, 29, wanted for murder in the same case.
Pope and Bowman are suspects in the shooting death of a man, whose identity has not been released, at the Bentley at Broad River Apartments, 1000 Bentley Court. The man was shot multiple times outside his apartment around 7 a.m. after a fight. The suspects fled in an older light blue sedan.
