The world famous “Nanjing Acrobatic Troupe” from China is now in Sri Lanka for a month long Chinese Circus performance.
The show is presented by the Junior Old Boy’s Association and the Old Boys Association of Nalanda College. This spectacular circus is in aid of reconstructing the Malalasekera Memorial Hall of Nalanda College which serves the needs of not only the College’s Student Fraternity but also that of many schools in and around Colombo. It draws large crowds daily. The Circus at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo will continue until the 30th of this month. The audience can expect to be spell bound by incredible performances. The troupe has gained acclaimed for its thrilling performances and feats such as “Cycling on the High Wire with Bowl Topping”, “Bicycle on a Three-storied Stand’, ‘Magic Show’ , ‘Brick Breaking on Chairs’ and much more.
The organizers said that there will be shows from the 12th to the 15th and on the 17th and 25th of this month.
