It's back to the ocean for a sea turtle that's been rehabilitated at the South Carolina Aquarium in Charleston.
An endangered Kemp's ridley sea turtle named Little Debbie is being transported south on Thursday where it will be released in warmer waters of the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Canaveral on the Florida coast.
The turtle was found in May, 2009 on a beach in Georgetown County suffering from pneumonia and an injured flipper. .
There are about 19 other turtles currently being treated at the aquarium and most are expected to be cleared for release in the next few months. Ten of those were brought in last winter after being stunned by unusually cold waters off the coast.
