The Birth Of A Baby Book

My Baby Record Book published by Niranjala Rajaratnam was launched recently amidst a distinguished gathering.
MP, Rosy Senanayake who was the chief guest on the occasion expressed her appreciation off this great work of Niranjala in bringing forth ideas to suit the needs of the present generation.  The event took place at the Joseph Frazer Memorial Hospital in Colombo
The first book was presented to the chief guest by the publisher. A book was also presented to  Muthumali Weerasinghe, the mother of a baby born at the same hospital and Dilukshi Costa.
Speaking at the event  Rosy Senanayake, stressed the importance of maintaining records of the  periodical growth of children and how important it was to have them recorded in order for the parents  as well as the children to someday go down memory lane to cherish and enjoy the childhood moments that have gone by. She also appreciated the many unique features of the book.
My Baby Record Book contains 25 pages covering the first days of pregnancy through the fifth birthday of the baby allowing parents to cherish every moment of the baby’s growth with the important moments of  child hood. It also contains two sachets where the baby’s first cut soft hair and the first cut tender nails could be stored and a CD where the important moments could be recorded with live videos or pictures.
A completed book could be an ideal gift from parents to their children on their 21st birthday or may be on their marriage day.  Niranjala Rajaratnam, addressing the gathering thanked the chief guest and the other guests who  attended the occasion, and acknowledged the support she received from her family and friends who were the source of strength to her in making her dream a reality.
