Former President George W. Bush's top political adviser Karl Rove is speaking on the Furman University campus at an event sponsored by the school's College Republicans.
The South Carolina Republican Party says Rove is speaking Monday at Furman's McAlister Auditorium.
Organizers say Rove's talk is entitled "Road to the White House." Proceeds from the $7 per ticket event go toward the Furman College Republicans.
Reporters can attend, but no recording is allowed after the first five minutes of Rove's speech.
Rove served as senior adviser to Bush from 2000 until 2007 and deputy chief of staff from 2004 until 2007.
