A woman involved in an April 6 car accident in Columbia has died from her injuries after a nearly two week hospital stay.
Annie B. Rawlinson, 72, of Meadowlark Drive died from complications of a neck fracture she received in the collision, said Richland County Coroner Gary Watts. She died Sunday at Palmetto Health Richland.
Rawlinson was the passenger in a car that was hit from behind at the intersection of Rosebud Street and Wilkes Road in Columbia. Rawlinson's car was sitting at a stop sign when it was struck, Watts said.
The Columbia Police Department is investigating the collision, Watts said.
