More jobs and help for small businesses are on the way to South Carolina.
Thats what Gov. Nikki Haley said Tuesday during a brief stop in Rock Hill to discuss her first 100 days in office.
Small businesses have trouble navigating state agencies, Haley said. They dont always have the staff or understand their rights, she said to about three dozen people at Celebration Cottage, a retail and childrens party venue on Ebenezer Road.
Haley would like to implement a plan to give businesses someone to call with questions or problems that arise while dealing with state agencies.
While working for her familys business, Haley said, We needed someone like that.
