Youth who had cyanide capsules tied to their necks re now studying chemistry. They have entered Medical Colleges. The President queried whether this amounted to a flagrant violation of human rights or a war crime. He also queried whether it was a violation of human rights by granting an opportunity for a generation which was ready to engage in suicide operations to live in freedom. He said no one should give into Dollars. Some who wrote articles had not at all visited the North. He recalled how the troops carried the old and the children to safety.
