A former Latta High School band director facing criminal charges of sexual conduct with a minor had his bond temporarily revoked after authorities said he continued to have sex with one of the victims.
WBTW-TV reports that 28-year-old Tyler Hutto will get out of jail once a house arrest order is set up at his grandparents' house. The new order bans Hutto from computers and cell phones.
A police officer testified Monday that a now-17-year-old victim in the case came to Hutto's house and they had sex after his arrest last month. Investigators say Hutto also bought her a cell phone and gave her $100 to go on spring break.
Hutto's lawyers asked to keep their client out of jail because he is trying to support his family.
