According to the report, with the end of the war, the country is seen as a safe place in the region with low possibility for natural disasters.
Also the comfortable climate and sophisticated healthcare facilities would attract foreigners.
Further, the report noted that the ease of transportation within the country and within the region is likely to improve as the country develops as a regional hub. According to the report another reason why foreigners may opt Sri Lanka would be because the present laws and regulations are not too tight for foreigners.
