Power Minister speaks of invisible forces

Minister Patalie Champika Ranawake has said that he is ready to take action against elements that obstruct the progress of the power sector.

The Minister said that the power sector consists of a high wealth. He said a large number starts attacking if affected due to an action. He said that there are powerful characters outside the sector that control it. When these invisible forces are affected, a massive attack is launched. He stressed if courage and self-confidence is not increased parallel to the attack, it is difficult to win. The Minister expressed these views at the 99th Anniversary celebration of the Sri Lanka Temperance Association. The function was held at the Auditorium of the Dharmawijaya Foundation. President of the Sri Lanka Temperance Association Ven. Harispattuwe Ariyawansha-lankara Thera and Minister of the Western Provincial Council Udaya Gammanpila were amongst those who participated in the occasion.
