Civil rights leaders are holding a meeting in North Charleston to discuss South Carolina's new voter ID law.
The South Carolina NAACP is holding a news conference Monday afternoon before a town hall meeting at the Alfred Williams Community Center.
The civil rights group says officials and voting rights experts are expected on hand. Monday's meeting is the first in a series happening around the state.
