SC motorcyclist charged in death of passenger

A 34-year-old South Carolina man has been arrested three months after a passenger fell off the back of his motorcycle on Interstate 26 and later died.
The Post and Courier reports ( http://bit.ly/p56GH5) that Walter Lee Mungin of Hollywood was charged Monday with reckless homicide and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Ton'Yeka Williams was riding on the back of Mungin's 2008 Honda about 7:15 p.m. May 15, when she fell off near an interstate exit in Berkeley County. She was rushed to a hospital by helicopter and died the next day.
Authorities say she was not wearing a helmet.
Mungin was released on $75,445 bail. It was unclear if he had an attorney.
