The release of kerosene from the Kolonnawa Terminal has resumed after proper colouring.
Usually kerosene is the issue to the market after colouring to identify it from other fuels. The colouring used in the process is being brought from India. However, there was a delay in the arrival of a ship transporting this colouring. As such it was not possible to carry out the process. The Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminal Company announced that they have now resumed the release of the coloured kerosene to the market, overcoming this situation.
