A gastronomic journey around the world in seven nights at the Galadari

For all food fanatics out there, the Galadari Hotel has rounded up resounding symphonies of flavour, the most colourful dishes and the tastiest bites as it introduces daily ‘Theme Nights’ at the Coffee Shop from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Brace yourself as it takes guests on an astounding journey of the finest cuisines of the world with particular ‘Themes’ on all seven days of the week.
 

Monday – Chinese
This creative, authentic, and simply sumptuous buffet brings out an inventive, authentic Chinese cuisine and delicacies which includes dim sum, kung pao chicken, Szechuan hot garlic prawns, clay pot chicken yang chow fried rice and action stations of stir fried beef, pan plashed Chinese vegetables with fungi, spiced seafood kebab, beef and olive with sage with oyster scallion, peppered tuna and potato balls, lemon sprats and the mouth watering desserts in line.
Tuesday – European
A classical dinner buffet covering the European countries with a wide variety of meats ranging from slow roasted lavender honey chicken, Hungarian beef goulash, fried lamb patties, chicken marsala, grilled beef rack and vegetables including vegetable tortilla, Belgium stuffed tomato, cashew crusted potato cutlets, gratin of cauliflower, glazed carrots, lyonnaise of spinach, German cabbage rolls, mushroom and onion risottos and a whole lot more.  With the action stations covering delectable Italian pastas, grilled Wiener schnitzel to crisp fried prawns, sole fish and fried cheese croquettes it has planned the culmination of diverse European cuisines all in one exquisite buffet.
Wednesday – Asian
Discovering the world’s richest and most varied flavours, and dishes perfect for every occasion, the food available on Wednesday nights at the Coffee Shop is truly Asian. With the very best of spicy Asian cuisine the buffet combines the rich flavours of Sri Lankan, Indian, Pakistani and Nepalese cuisines to present to you richer, fuller mouth feel of exotic flavours
Thursday – Seafood
Fish and shellfish, a perfect sea food theme will be laid on Thursday nights, which is by far the most popular theme night at the Galadari.
The buffet, newly remodelled, serves a bounty of fresh fish and succulent seafood. With a perfect combination and a great variety for your preference, the seafood buffet is sure to keep you enticed and wanting more.
Friday – Far Eastern
Far Eastern odyssey: Savour the mystical delights as the hotels takes you on an exotic tour of the Far East culinary varieties. Explore the flavours of the Far East with kimchi, sushi, dimsum, tempura, soba noodles, fried crab, gyoza … all too tempting to be missed. The choice is complemented by rich selection of salads, appetisers and crowned by Far Eastern desserts.
Saturday/ Sunday – International
Travel around the world as the hotel brings you the very best of the international flavours at the ‘7 Continents’ themed buffet on Saturdays and Sunday nights.  Feast your senses with fantastic displays of live cooking and aromatic cuisine from exotic countries – of Mexican, Italy, Japan, China, India… the list is endless! Go the distance at its international buffet where your taste buds will have you craving a worldwide culinary journey. So come by and enjoy the very many culinary varieties in store.
