Upstate inmate walks away from work site

A man being held at the Pickens County Detention Center walked away from a work assignment Tuesday and now is a state fugitive.
The S.C. Department of Corrections said Christopher Daniels, a minimum-security inmate, went missing around 3:30 p.m.
Daniels was serving a 15-yer-sentence for third-degree arson in Anderson County. He started his sentence in March of 2009.
Daniels is about 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
