The CID has been ordered to submit a report on all moveable and immoveable of Danuna Tilakaratne.

Even though notices had been issued on several occasions to apprehend Danuna Tilakaratne, the son-in-law of Sarath Fonseka, he was absconding Courts. The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court today issued an order that the suspect should be present in Court on the 30th of next month. The Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne also ordered the CID to publish a written proclamation for Dhanuna Tillekaratne to appear in court on June 30th at 9.00 a.m. and said the proclamation must be put up in the Court premises, certain public places and near his residence.

The 30-day deadline, earlier issued by the court for Dhanuna to surrender, will take effect from today. If not, all his assets will be confiscated. Danuna Tilakaratne is accused of committing irregularities submitting false information to the Army by appearing as a Chief of the HiCorp Company.
