Paceman Farveez Maharoof claimed a sensational hat-trick as Sri Lanka shot India out for a modest 209 in their last league game of the Asia Cup cricket tournament in Dambulla on Tuesday.

Sri Lanka cruised home in the 38th over with skipper Kumar Sangakkara scoring 73, adding 104 runs for the third wicket with Mahela Jayawardene (53).
The two teams would meet again, in the Asia Cup final on Thursday here.
Put into bat, India were sitting pretty at 189 for four in the 38th over before Maharoof triggered a collapse with a hat-trick off the first three balls of the 39th over as India were bowled out in 42.3 overs at the Rangiri International stadium.
