Minister S.B. Dissanayake has said that solutions to the unemployment problem in the country will be found within the next six years.
The Minister said that the 30 year war was over and peace has been established. Sri Lanka is being transformed into Asia’s hub of trade and Naval activities as well as education. Children should be geared for this purpose. They should be educated.. He said they expect to solve the unemployment problem in the next six years.
The Minister expressed these views during a felicitation ceremony organized by the Kandy District Public Service Bureau. The Minister said that the setting up of International Universities would bring steady development to the education sector.
