Our weather pattern remains a bit unsettled, as we near closer to the holiday weekend. Temperatures will be a little cooler than average going forward, too. Highs today will reach the lower 80s with a few showers possible. A front that slid through last night will linger over the region into the weekend with waves of low pressure riding along the stalled boundary. This makes it tricky to determine the timing of showers. Keep the umbrella handy with a few scattered showers possible today. A higher chance of getting wet, Friday, with highs only in the upper 70s. Independence Day looks pretty good for your barbecues, pool outings, and fireworks watching. There is a 30% chance of a shower or storm, but it won't be stifling hot. Highs, Saturday, will only reach the lower 80s. Mainly dry Sunday with highs into the middle 80s. Stay up to date with the 4th of July forecast in our latest blog!
