SLT expands its teleshop network to Mullaitivu
Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the leading ICT solutions provider and infrastructure services provider in Sri Lanka expanded its branch network to Mullaitivu recently with the opening of its most recent state of the art teleshop at P.W.D. Road, Mullaitivu Town, which will serve the growing number of customers in the Mullaitivu district.
At present, customers in the area need to travel long distances of approximately 60km to Killinochchi in order to obtain services. With the opening of this latest teleshop, customers are given greater convenience and faster service provisioning and delivery. The teleshop will provide the full range of teleshop services and facilities including the provision of new connections, bill payments and fault reporting as well as the purchase of equipment.
A special opening ceremony was held in honour of the occasion in the presence of Mr. Dileepa Wijesundera, Group CEO of SLT, Mr. Chinthaka Wijesooriya, Chief Regional Officer of SLT, and other SLT officials.
