Afghan hospital attack : Kunduz MSF clinic workers killed
Doctors Without Borders (MSF) says at least nine of its staff have been killed in an overnight bombing of a hospital in the embattled Afghan city of Kunduz.
Another 37 people were wounded in the attack, including 19 MSF staff.
US forces were carrying out air strikes at the time. The Nato alliance has admitted the clinic may have been hit.
There has been intense fighting in Kunduz since Taliban fighters swept into the northern city on Monday.
It was the first major urban centre to fall to the Taliban in 14 years.
Meanwhile according to BBC the medical charity MSF has condemned “in the strongest possible terms” deadly air strikes on its hospital in the Afghan city of Kunduz.
