PM Wickremesinghe to speak at Science and Technology Conference in Japan
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe who is on a tour of Japan, is set to speak at the Conference on International Science and Technology held in Kyoto.
The Prime Minister’s office stated that he is scheduled to hold bi-lateral discussions with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe later on Sunday, while a second round of discussions will be held on Monday.
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to address the Japanese Parliament on Sunday.
The Prime Minister and the delegation was welcomed by the Japanese Ambassador, Akira Meera, The Japanese Amassador of Sri Lanka Konaji Suganuma, the Sri Lankan Ambassador to Japan Dhammika Ganganath Dissanayake, along with a group of Japanese state officials at the Osaka Kansai International Airporton Saturday.
