Yoshitha noticed
Mr. Yoshitha Rajapaksa was noticed yesterday (26th) to be present in Court on 16th June in regard to the case filed by FCID in Mt. Lavinia Magistrates Court over the house and land at Mihindu Mawatha, Dehiwela.
His grandmother Ms. Daisy Forres, who is said to have given him the said house and land was present in Court yesterday. It has been revealed that this lady had bought 14 lands within the last few years but how she earned the money to buy the lands has not been revealed.
The case will be heard again on 16th June.
