Police ordered to probe Bharatha family death threats
Colombo (Srilankamirror) - Police have been ordered to investigate the alleged death threats to the family of slain presidential advisor Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra.
Colombo chief magistrate Rashmi Singappuli today (Nov. 21) ordered Cinnamon Gardens Police, which has received a complaint by the widow Sumana Premachandra.
According to the complaint, Mrs. Premachandra and her two children had moved to a Colombo 05 address after the after the killing early last month.
There had been several calls to the telephone in that address, threatening them of death.
