Anything.lk, anywhere… everywhere!

The launch of the Anything.lk retail store has seen a variety of products being offered to the consumer at low prices.
“We’ve been pleasantly surprised with the retail store’s performance so far, although it’s still early days,” said CEO of Anything.lk Reeza Zarook. “We have offered products ranging from rice cookers to 55” LED TVs and they have all done well.  There are two reasons for this success – our pricing and more importantly perhaps, our islandwide delivery service.”

“When we were planning the rollout of the retail store, pricing was a key factor,” said Head of Business Development Jeggan Rajendram, “but we were not satisfied with just offering our customers a better price. We wanted to give the absolute best deal possible when it comes to retail goods. So we implemented an islandwide delivery service and we made it free for almost all our products. this allows our customers to purchase our retail deals from anywhere in the island and have it delivered to their doorstep within a matter of days.”
“While deliveries within Colombo and to areas like Puttalam, Gampaha, Kalutara and Kandy are quite common, delivery orders to other locations around the Island have started to come in as more and more people find out about the convenience of buying from Anything.lk,” continued Rajendrama.
He added: “Among our notable islandwide deliveries have been the deliveries of a 40 inch LED TV to Vavuniya and double burner gas cookers to Chulipuram (Jaffna) and Gatamanna (close to Tangalle). Almost all of our retail products have free delivery islandwide; but for some products we had to charge a nominal fee, due to logistical issues arising from their size.”
“Our catalogue of retail products is constantly expanding and soon we will, true to our name, have anything you want available on our website. We want to make shopping for household goods so easy that people do not have to worry about how they are going to buy them or how they are going to transport the goods home. All they have to do is visit our website, make a few clicks and wait for everything to be delivered to them.”
