What is known ?
The explosion took around around 8:30 p.m. ET at 133 W. 23rd St., between Sixth and Seventh Avenue, in a neighborhood with a vibrant nightlife
Police had found the explosive device in the street next to a trash bin.The city’s fire department said none of the victims had life-threatening injuries

A Possible second explosive device was also found near site of New York City blast according to the New York Police.
The object , which was a pressure cooker with dark colored wiring protruding, connected by silver duct tape to what appears to be a cellphone, officials said. A piece of paper with writing on it was found nearby.Officials have not stated what was inside the pressure cooker, which has since been removed from the scene.
“The initial indications is this was an intentional act,” said Mayor de Blasio said but added that there was no evidence at this point of a terror connection to this incident.
