Nominations for Raigam Tele’es announced
Nominations for the much awaited Raigam Tele’es 2012 have been announced and the Independent Television is also in the forefront. All arrangements have been finalized for the holding of the Raigam Tele Awards Festival which is being organized for the ninth occasion. It is scheduled to be held on the 17th of this month.
A news briefing in this connection was held at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute in Colombo. Chairman and CEO of Kingdom of Raigam Ravi Liyanage chaired the news briefing. A notable feature was the announcements made in respect of the nominations for different categories.
57 Awards will be presented at the Awards Nite. SMS polling to select the Most Popular Actor and Actress as well as the Most Popular tele-drama is now in progress. These votes will be accepted up to midnight on the 15th. Many programmes telecast by ITN are among the nominations.
