Sri Lanka treasury bill rates remain flat
Sri Lanka’s Treasury bill rates at the weekly auction held today remained flat, as the auction sold Rs. 9.7 billion worth of bills to settle Rs. 10 billion of maturing treasury bills.
The three month bills were sold at a rate of 8.61-pct, while the six months rate fell just by a basis point from last week’s rate to stand at 9.64-pct, while the one year rate rose by a basis point week on week to stand at 10.56-pct.
The auction has received Rs. 21 billion worth of bids for the auction.
