Budget 2014: Get the bigger picture at Daily FT-Colombo Uni. MBAA Forum on Monday

The bigger picture of the Government’s 2014 Budget will be in the spotlight at the Daily FT-Colombo University MBA Alumni Association jointly organised Forum on Monday 25 November from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Kingsbury.
Held for the fourth consecutive year and a first-of-its-kind initiative by a national daily, the popular annual forum will bring top officials and business leaders under one platform for what is likely to be the most critical dissection of 2014 Budget, which will be presented by President and Finance Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa on Thursday in Parliament.
Judging by past events, over 500 participants are expected to attend the Daily FT-Colombo Uni. MBA Alumni post-Budget Forum with Secretary to Ministry of Finance and Planning Dr. P.B. Jayasundera as the Chief Guest for the fourth consecutive year.
Other main speakers will be the IMF Sri Lanka Resident Representative Dr. Koshy Mathai and Consultant/Economist/Advisor Dr. Indrajit Coomaraswamy.
For the first time an unprecedented group of business leaders for the first time coming together under a common platform will serve in a panel discussion.
