The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) had key meetings with President Maithripala Sirisena on Tuesday night to discuss key issues.

At least two separate meetings took place on Tuesday, one focused on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and the other on establishing Local Government bodies and preparing for the May Day rally.

The SLFP said that the party will study the contents of the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe before taking any final decision. (Colombo Gazette)
