Laugfs Gas PLC graduates to the main board

Sri Lanka’s Laugfs Gas PLC’s shares have been transferred to the main board of the CSE from the Diri Savi Board.

Accordingly, both ordinary and non-ordinary voting shares of the firm have been transferred to the main board.

A market disclosure by the Colombo bourse announced that the transfer is effective from the 29th of January.

Firms wanting to list on the CSE can do it either through the Main board or the Diri Savi board.

Listing in the main board need the firms to have a stated capital of not less than Rs. 500 million at the time of listing.

The firms should also record a net profit after tax for three consecutive years immediately preceding the date of application.
