Sri Lanka beats England to level series
Sri Lanka defeated England by 157 runs in the second ODI played against the home team thus levelling the series 1-1.
The game, which was played at Oval on Sunday saw the Lankans asked to bat by the hosts after winning the toss, scoring 256 runs for the loss of eight wickets.
T.m. Dilshan top scored with a knock of 88, while Ashan Priyanjana made 43 runs.
In response, the English batting fell to its heaviest ODI defeat at home and was all out for 99 runs.
Nuwan Kulasekera captured three wickets for just 15 runs and cleaned up the top, while Sachitra Senanayake removed four wickets out of the rest of the batsmen.
He only conceded 13 runs.
