Refund of Tickets for the 2nd ODI – Pakistan tour of Sri Lanka 2014

Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to announce the Refund procedure for the tickets purchased for the 2nd ODI which was to be played in Colombo on the 27th of August 2014. Refunds will take place from the 2nd of September 2014 to the 10th of September 2014 from 10 am to 3.30 pm at the SLC head office, 35, Maitland Place, Colombo 7.

It is compulsory for the Ticket holders to produce the original ticket purchased in order to receive the refund.

Tickets purchased through the Internet will be refunded to the same Credit Card used for the purchase. however the ticket holders who have collected the original tickets should produce the original tickets issued for the Internet purchase for the refund. However Internet ticket buyer’s  who have not collected their tickets will receive their refunds to their respective banks within the course of the month of September 2014.

Tickets purchased from Dialog Centers will be refunded from the respective Dialog center on the production of the original ticket.

The NIC of the ticket buyer is compulsory for the refund and ticket holders are requested to follow the above procedure for their refund of tickets.
