Alka Yagnik live in Colombo
Sri Lanka’s mobile market leader, Dialog Axiata has stepped up to support the Alka Yagnik Live in Colombo concert, organised by the Mercury Club of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Sri Lanka Army, on 26 October, at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium from 6:30 p.m. onwards.
Alka Yagnik, the melody queen of the Indian silver screen and ranked as one of the best play back singers of all time is a seven-time winner of the Filmfare Best Female Playback Award and has done playback singing for over 700 Indian films.
“Alka Yagnik who is one of the most celebrated singers in Indian cinema and has sung for hit films such as Slum Dog Millionaire, Guru, Krriss, Kal Ho Na Ho, Asoka, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, etc. will dazzle her fans at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium,” Major General Prasad Samarasinghe, Chairman of the Mercury Club said. “I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dialog for stepping in to support this momentous event.”
Tickets for the Alka Yagnik Live in Colombo Concert priced at Rs. 7,500, Rs. 5,000, Rs. 3,500 and Rs. 2,500 is on sale at Block No. 09 BMICH, Sarasavi Book Shops and all Keels Super outlets.
