Dulles, from US, talks of ‘western conspiracies’
Minister Dulles Alahapperuma, who returned from the USA during the 2005 presidential election and acts as a very close confidante of Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, is carrying out a propaganda stating President Mahinda Rajapaksa should be protected from a ‘western conspiracy’.
Declaring open an election office in Matara he asked people not to refrain from casting their vote to Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa due to the frauds and corruption carried out by those in the government as the fraudsters would be dealt with at a future election.
However, the latest COPE report shows that all institutions under the President have committed the biggest frauds and are the most corrupt.
