Budget 2015 passes with 2/3 majority,Maithripala disappears…who is Chandrika’s Father?
The budget proposals for 2015 has been passed by a majority of 95 votes.Accordingly it has been passed with a majority of 2/3rd.The government had received 152 votes while the opposition only 57 votes.
The former president Chandrika Kumaratunga had said the previous day that she had made plans to get the government defeated and if not she is not a daughter of a Bandaranaike.The common candidate Maithripala Sirisena who was confident in getting many government votes was not in the sight of the parliament.
